Saturday The big day

10:00Breakfast at the hotelWe raid the buffet and start slowly.
13:00Prague Castle + Golden Lane, then down through Nerudova
AfterLunch, then the shopsCafé Slavia is right by the bridge on the way back down and works for a group. Then Na Příkopě, the pedestrian street of shops with Palladium on it, and it is straight back to the hotel from there.
16:00Back at the hotel, spa breakSauna and steam room downstairs. Massages are on offer too, say so early and I will book them in advance.
20:00Dress up: the nice dinnerThe one where everyone gets their photo taken.
23:00Dancing until the Uber is hard to find

Sunday Soft landing

Cocktail-making class

A bartender teaches the group to shake properly, then you drink what you made. Two hours, very funny, great warm-up.

Private wine tasting

Moravian wines, blind tasting, a scorecard and a small prize for the winner. Cheap, indoor, perfect for a cold February afternoon.

Vltava river cruise with dinner

One ticket, a boat, the castle lit up below you, and nobody has to walk anywhere.

Sunrise on Charles Bridge

6am, freezing, empty, absolutely worth it for the group photo nobody else gets.
